The full home inspection
A complete evaluation of the property's major systems, delivered as a photo report you can hand straight to your agent or your seller.
Foundation, framing, roof covering and structure, walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, attic, and grading around the house.
Service entrance and panels, branch circuits, receptacles and switches, fixtures, and connected devices — including the wiring faults that don't announce themselves.
Furnace, air conditioning, ducts and vents, thermostats, and distribution — checked with an infrared camera as well as by hand.
Supply and drain lines, fixtures, water heating equipment, gas lines where present, and evidence of past or active leaks.
Dishwasher, range and cooktop, ovens, microwave, disposal, exhaust, and the garage door operator and its safety reverse.
Anything else the property carries — added to the same inspection and the same report rather than scheduled separately.
